Vegan Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 35g Ombar chocolate (we used Spiced Orange Hazelnut Truffle)
- 250ml plant-based milk (we used oat milk)
- Optional extras e.g. agave, cinnamon, chilli, salt
Method

Warm 250ml of your favourite plant-based milk (we’re using oat milk) in a saucepan over medium heat or in a microwave. Stir the milk regularly to avoid burning or a “grainy” texture.

Chop at least half a 35g Ombar into small pieces. Add more to intensify the rich, chocolatey flavour.

Once the milk is warm, take off the heat (or out of the microwave) and add the pieces of Ombar. Whisk until the chocolate has all melted into the milk.

Add any optional extras, e.g. sweeteners (agave or sugar) or spices (cinnamon, chilli or ginger) or salt.
