Ombar Choccy Apples

Ingredients
- 4 Gala apples
- 2x 70g Ombar Centres Hazelnut Truffle
- Handful of crushed hazelnuts
- Handful of crushed pistachios
- Handful of desiccated coconut
Method

Prepare the apples – wash and remove the stalks. Turn apples upside down and firmly push a lollipop stick into each apple.

Line a plate with baking paper.

Break up the Ombar chocolate and place in a bain marie on medium heat. Keep stirring the chocolate until fully melted and smooth. Take off the heat once melted.

Holding them by the sticks, dip each apple in the melted Ombar, turning them round until they are evenly coated.

Place each apple on the lined tray, stick side up.

Working quickly, whilst the chocolate is still soft, decorate the apples with the hazelnuts, pistachios and desiccated coconut, or any other toppings you desire.

Place the apples in the fridge to chill until the chocolate is completely hard and set.
