Here at Ombar, we’re huge fans of the incredibly talented Madeleine Shaw. The nutritional health coach, yogi and best-selling author is renowned for her delicious recipes and has built up millions of followers. So we’re super excited to announce that we have teamed up with Madeleine to become Ombar’s brand ambassador!
Madeleine is all about making the delicious healthy and sharing her knowledge with others, so she will be jumping on board to help spread the word about Ombar and raw cacao.
But Madeleine wasn’t always as health-conscious as she is now. Her life was a cycle of depriving and binging which led to the development of IBS and a leaky gut. Madeleine slowly began to realise that she needed to change her ways and her increasing awareness of health drew her to move to Australia, where she began listening to her body and learning to give it what it needed. Madeleine started to eat whole foods and gradually fell back in love with food, life and herself again. Madeleine started working in an organic café in Sydney, enrolled in a course at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and hasn’t looked back since!

Madeleine's Raw Chocolate Bark
We’re super excited to share this simple yet delicious Raw Chocolate Bark recipe from Madeleine Shaw. You can use the base of classic 72% Raw Chocolate mixed with almond butter and then pimp it up with whatever toppings you fancy. Madeleine uses nuts, coconut flakes and dried cranberries, but feel free to get creative!

They’re super gooey and indulgent but nourishing cashew butter and ‘chia eggs’ make them totally guilt-free.
